Play cookie dough

I used a sugar cookie "recipe" and substituted cream cheese for half of the butter so it was the same consistency as playdough and not greasy.  It turned out fantastic.  The kids mixed colors and got really creative as they would with playdough but then it could be baked and eaten so I didn't feel like it was a waste if they just mashed the colors together.  So nice.

"recipe" because there was minimal measurement involved other than 1 egg, and lP mixed it as best she could, which at 9 is pretty good.
