Homeschool and Christmas Masks

 At the start of Coronavirus I started creating schedules for the children to give us structure in our quarantine.  I modeled it after Dance Marathon with themed hours like "Basketball", or "Art" but we usually just did each thing for 10-20 minutes sometime in the hour.  Still good.

I also started to create a weekly, then monthly assignment chart for each child so they knew, and I knew, if their work was done.  I'm really happy with this system and the children, I think, like it to.  I'm sure they would love less accountability, but this keeps them from slacking off for 2 weeks and getting kicked out of their classes.  I hope they will become accustomed to the idea of creating schedules, like brushing teeth, and carry this habit into their future lives.  

In other news, I used a candy cane napkin, and a gift bag that became a pillow to make 10 Christmas face masks.  I am not into the gifting of Christmas, or the decorating.  I do love the singing and family time.  So here we go with Christmas masking.  Ho ho ho!
