Yeah, arm wrestling, or even some version of normal wrestling is really great for kid-dad time. It’s definitely a dad thing rather than a mom thing. I usually am just like, “don’t break anything.” It’s so good for kids to build physical confidence. I think Dad did that with us, the rough and tumble play. It’s psychologically important forhealthy development, and moms usually don’t do it. Not that they can’t just that they usually don’t. And actually in the cases where a dad is absent for some reason, moms tend to be even more careful of their kids feelings, I think.
