Tonight I led the activity for lP's age group. We made flat bread which I have done a few times before with the youth. Tonight I upped my game preparing two batches of dough. The first batch I pre-formed into balls and placed on trays separated by cups to make 4 layers. The 2nd batch I gave each girl 1/7 of a batch and let them make the little balls themselves. Predictably they made huge and too thick breads with their big lump of dough, but at least they got to start with nicely risen and smaller dough balls.
I like helping. The leader was really good at telling the girls to be polite and not get burned. I appreciated her support.
